Two quotes for Mustang suspension, wildly different, how do I tell who's lying?

Been putting off sorting the suspension on my Mustang for way too long and now I've finally got two quotes sitting in front of me that are so far apart I genuinely don't know what to think. One place wants to replace basically everything up front, the other says most of it is fine and only a couple of bushes need doing, and of course the cheaper one is the one that didn't even put the car on a lift for more than five minutes. I'm not naive enough to think the expensive quote is automatically the honest one, but I also don't want to save a few hundred now and end up back there in three months. The whole reason I started looking was that the car feels vague on the highway and there's a faint clunk over speed bumps in my building, so something is definitely tired.
