How often do you actually need to service an Audi in this climate?

Genuine question because I keep getting conflicting advice. The dealer says every 15k or once a year, but a guy at a parts shop told me with the heat and dust here you should be doing it way more often, like every 8 to 10k. I've got a 2019 A4 and I do mostly short city drives with the occasional Abu Dhabi to Dubai run. Some days I barely do 20km. Another friend said short trips are actually worse for the car than long ones and I should be more careful about oil changes. I've been thinking about getting a proper opinion from someone who actually works on these cars daily so I was told to visit this website and see what they recommend. But before I do that I wanted to hear from you lot. How often are you actually servicing yours? Am I being paranoid or is there real truth to the shorter interval thing here?
