My car battery gave up on me this morning right in the middle of the school run which was a nightmare to say the least. I have been putting off replacing it for weeks because I was not sure where to go and now I am paying for it. I have decided to go with Amaron since everyone I ask says they last longer in this heat and I am tired of cheap batteries dying every year. The problem is I do not know who is a real dealer and who is just selling whatever stock they picked up from the market. I live near Al Qusais Industrial Area and have seen a few shops advertising but I am not sure which ones are actually authorised. I came across a page about leading Amaron battery dealers near Al Qusais Industrial Area while searching but I want to hear from real people who have bought from someone in this area. How do I check that a dealer is genuine before handing over my money? What should be on the warranty card and do they register it for you or do you have to do it yourself? Also should I be worried about old stock because that is what killed my last battery. Any recommendations for this area would really help me out.
