The problem is the building management is giving me a hard time about bringing a tow truck into the garage, saying it is a safety issue and they need approval etc. I understand their concern but I also need my car out of there. Has anyone dealt with a reliable car towing near Business Bay that knows how to handle these building situations, or do I need to sort the permissions myself first? Also is it even possible to tow a car out of a basement parking if the ramp is steep, or do they use some kind of dolly system? I am not sure if I should just keep pushing the building or find a tow company that has dealt with this before. Any advice from people who have been stuck in this situation would really help.
